Californian Law Firm Teams Up With Dacheng
The Orange Country Register has reported that Newport Beach business law firm of Wang, Hartmann, Gibbs & Cauley has made a "strategic alliance" with Chinese counterpart Dacheng Law Offices, the two firms have announced.

WHGC specializes in intellectual property, business, employment and immigration law.
"Dacheng is the largest firm in China and they are able to provide essential entrees into the growing Chinese market for our American clients," said WHGC Managing Partner Jeffrey Wang. "with the collaborative efforts of our friends and colleagues at Dacheng, we now have a shared international platform.
Dacheng Managing Attorney Ziping Shu said the alliance complements both law firms' capabilities. Dacheng deals with commercial law, offshore investment, antitrust and national security.
