Hildebrandt Baker Robbins, the  strategy, management, process and technology consultancy to the legal profession, announced yesterday that Susan Chapdelaine has joined the organization.

“We are pleased to have Susan join our firm to lead our expanding team of records professionals made possible through the merger of Hildebrandt and Baker Robbins”, said Chris Petrini-Poli head of the Strategic Sourcing and Records Management Practice. “Susan has more than 25 years experience in records and information management, with over 17 years as a consultant to clients in both the public and private sectors.

Ms. Chapdelaine will join Hildebrandt Baker Robbins as a Managing Director, and will be based in Boston. Her previous experience includes stints at Huron Consulting Group, Records Improvement Institute, Delphi Consulting Group, Harvard Business School, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology among others. She has led strategic records management planning initiatives in many industries including health sciences, utilities, professional services and within state and local government. She holds a B.A. and an M.L.S. from the University of Rhode Island.
