Description

Our group is a listed company in Hong Kong engaging in the business of watch assembly, trading and distribution, and retail operations. Our chain stores are located in the Asia Pacific including PRC, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. To cope with our rapid expansion, our Legal Department urgently requires additional manpower for the above post:


Responsibilities

Providing legal support and advice to the Group
Drafting and preparing contracts
Reviewing commercial agreements and legal documents
Liaising with different departments and external counsels
Company secretarial and corporate governance matters

Requirements

Degree Holder in Law
Minimum 5 years’ in-house or law firm experience, preferably with some working knowledge of the listing rules
Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Self-motivated, attentive to detail, a good team player, good communication skills.

Other Benefits

* We provide free shuttle bus service to/from Diamond Hill MTR station.

Those candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Paralegal / Senior Paralegal.

We offer a 5-day week and our remuneration package will be commensurate with your qualification and experience.
