Senior Counsel – Shanghai, China

Come and join their Asia Pacific legal team as Senior Legal Counsel and you will become a critical business partner.
Responsibilities of Senior Legal Counsel include:
General commercial matters including drafting and review commercial agreements such as supplier, distributor, service agreements
General employment labor matters including disciplinary, terminations
Compliance with regulations and legal requirements for doing business in China
Compliance with laws on investigations, trainings, education, establishing proper compliance controls
Requirements of Senior Legal Counsel include:
Must speak English and Mandarin
Prefer 6 – 9 years legal experience but will consider more
Prefer experience in a biotech, pharma or medical device company or a law firm with such clients
Relocation:
Full relocation package provided by client
Compensation:
Base up to $160,000 + $35,000 bonus + $15,000 allowance
